I have faced the daunting prospect of a job interview recently – I know they are terrifying – but I really do see them as a blind date. It could result in a great thing, with a mutual commitment, or it could be a nightmare!! So I try to accept that the interview or “blind date” is a good chance to get an idea of which it would actually be.
